Q: What are your operating hours ?

A: Masterfox's operating hours are as follows :-
Mondays to Fridays 0900 to 1730 hours and Saturdays 0900 to 1230 hours (+0800 GMT)

Q: What kind of IT equipment does Masterfox repairs ?

A: Masterfox accepts service calls for multiple types of IT products like Personal Computers, Monitors, Printers, Servers, Network equipment and other IT accessories. If you are not sure whether your IT equipment is included in our service, call us at (65) 62866238. Our staff will be on hand to assist you.


Q: What are the charges like ?

A: Charges varies depending on the severity of the problem and the parts replaced. A listing of our On-Site charges can be via this link. Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.


Q: What does the Maintenance Contract cover ?

A: Depending on the requirement of the customer, the maintenance contract can cover either engineering services and/or hardware maintenance. For more information with regards to our maintenance contract, please refer to this link.

Q: If I sign up for the Annual Maintenance Contract, how many times can I request for your on-site services per year?

A: Being our maintenance contract customer, you are NOT restricted to any number of on-site service calls. Call us whenever a problem arises, we will attend to you promptly. In addition to on-site services, you are welcomed to contact our engineers and technicians for any assistance over the telephone. They are always contactable via their mobile phones.
