A: Masterfox's operating hours are as follows :-
Mondays to Fridays 0900 to 1730 hours and Saturdays 0900 to 1230
hours (+0800 GMT)

A: Masterfox accepts service calls for multiple types of IT products like Personal Computers, Monitors, Printers, Servers, Network equipment and other IT accessories. If you are not sure whether your IT equipment is included in our service,

Q: What are the charges like ?
A: Charges varies depending on the severity of the problem and

Q: What does the Maintenance Contract cover ?
A: Depending on the requirement of the customer, the maintenance contract can cover either
engineering services and/or hardware maintenance. For more information

Q: If I sign up for the Annual Maintenance Contract, how many times can I request for your on-site services per year?
A: Being our maintenance contract customer, you are NOT restricted to any number of on-site service calls.
Call us whenever a problem arises, we will attend to you
promptly. In addition to on-site services, you are welcomed to
contact our engineers and technicians for any assistance over
the telephone. They are always contactable via their mobile
phones. At Masterfox, we pride ourselves in solving your
problems and providing value-added customer service.
